Materials & Construction
We construct every Lububu backpack from 600-denier polyester, chosen for its exceptional tear resistance and long-term durability. The fabric receives a durable water-repellent (DWR) treatment that causes water to bead and roll off the surface, keeping contents dry during unexpected showers.
Reinforced stitching at high-stress points — shoulder strap anchors, zipper edges, and bottom corners — prevents premature failure even when you’re carrying heavy loads. The bottom panel features double-layer construction with added abrasion protection, so you can set your pack down on rough surfaces without worry.
Organization & Storage
The main compartment opens wide for easy packing and features a dedicated padded sleeve that suspends your laptop away from the bag’s exterior. Internal mesh pockets keep chargers, cables, and accessories separated and visible.
A top zippered pocket offers quick access to your phone, wallet, or keys without opening the main compartment. Two external side pockets accommodate standard water bottles or umbrellas, keeping them accessible on the move.
Comfort & Fit
Padded shoulder straps distribute weight evenly across your shoulders and upper back, reducing fatigue during extended wear. We shaped the padding to follow natural shoulder contours rather than using generic flat foam.
The back panel features channeled foam that allows air to circulate between the pack and your back, reducing heat buildup on warm days. An adjustable sternum strap pulls the shoulder straps closer to your body, improving stability when you’re walking quickly or cycling.

Yes, the Lububu backpack's dimensions (18" H × 12" W × 6" D) meet the personal item size requirements for all major U.S. airlines. It fits comfortably under the seat in front of you on most aircraft.
For overhead bin storage, the pack's flexible construction allows it to compress slightly to fit in crowded compartments. We recommend placing heavier items at the bottom when flying to maintain stability.
We do not recommend machine washing your Lububu backpack. Machine agitation and heat can damage the water-repellent coating and compromise seam integrity.

The Lububu backpack is designed to comfortably carry loads up to 25 pounds for extended periods. The reinforced construction and quality hardware can support heavier temporary loads, but we recommend staying within this range for all-day comfort.
Proper weight distribution matters more than total weight. Place heavier items closest to your back and higher in the main compartment for better balance and reduced strain on your shoulders.
The dedicated laptop sleeve accommodates devices up to 15 inches. A 16-inch MacBook Pro will not fit in the padded sleeve but can be carried safely in the main compartment with additional protective padding.

The Lububu backpack features water-resistant fabric with DWR coating that repels light rain and splashes. It is not fully waterproof and will eventually allow water penetration during heavy, prolonged exposure.
For maximum protection in severe weather, use the included rain cover that deploys from its integrated base pocket. The cover provides complete waterproof protection for the entire pack when conditions demand it.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two years from purchase date. This includes issues like seam failure, zipper malfunction, hardware breakage, and fabric tears under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage from improper care, accidents, normal wear from extended use, or cosmetic issues that don't affect function. Contact our customer service team with photos if you experience any covered defects and we'll arrange repair or replacement.
